Is there a minimum term?
Yes. The initial minimum term is 12 months from your start date. Major work, such as a redesign or migration, starts a new 12-month minimum term. After that, the partnership continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What if I only need one thing done?
Tenderco probably isn’t the right fit. The service is designed for businesses that need their website looked after and improved over time, rather than a single one-off job.
How fast is the 2–5 day turnaround?
Most standard requests are completed within two to five days. Larger work is broken into stages, so you can see progress as it moves forward rather than waiting weeks for everything at once.
What if I have two urgent requests at once?
You choose the priority. I work on one active request at a time and I’ll be clear about what can realistically be done and when.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your website, content and domain remain yours. If you leave, I’ll hand everything over cleanly so you can take it elsewhere.
What happens if I cancel?
After your minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. If you cancel before the minimum term ends, the remaining balance for that term is payable.
Either way, your website, content and domain remain yours, and I’ll hand over the access you need.
Can you work with my existing website?
Usually, yes. I can take over an existing site or migrate it where needed, without adding a separate onboarding project fee.
